Terms of Use

By accessing or using PeptiXtreme (the "Product"), operated by Grupo VidaXtreme ("we," "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

1. Eligibility (age of majority)

You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and be at least 18 years old, to purchase and use the Product. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Product's educational content for your own individual use. "Lifetime access" means access for the commercial life of the Product and is subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish the content.
• You may not copy or reproduce the content, or create derivative works from it, for commercial purposes.
• You may not use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, design, text, code and other materials in the Product are owned by Grupo VidaXtreme or used under license, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI Advisor

The AI Advisor provides general educational guidance. It may contain errors or inaccuracies and is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on it as your sole source of information for health decisions.

7. Third-party links and services

The Product may link to third-party websites and services (for example, stores, WhatsApp, payment processors or scientific databases). We do not control, and are not responsible for, their content, availability, products or policies. Any transaction you enter into with a third party is governed by that third party's terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grupo VidaXtreme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grupo VidaXtreme from and against any claim arising out of your use of the Product or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the Product after any change, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless the mandatory laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
