Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Grupo VidaXtreme handles information in connection with PeptiXtreme. Our approach is to collect as little data as possible.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Local storage on your device: your course progress, Progress Tracker entries, language, offer timer and consent preferences are stored in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers.
• AI Advisor: the messages you type into the AI Advisor are sent to our cloud function and to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Do not include sensitive information or health identifiers in the chat.
• Payments: purchases are processed by third-party platforms (such as Hotmart), which handle your payment information under their own policies. We do not store card details.
• Analytics: by default, we do not use advertising trackers. If we ever enable analytics, we will disclose it here and ask for your consent where required.

3. Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage for functional purposes (remembering your progress, language and preferences), not for advertising. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

4. Legal basis (where applicable)

Where the GDPR or other laws apply, our legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract (giving you access to the Product), your consent (for example, for the AI chat) and our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Product).

5. International transfers

Our AI provider may process chat messages on servers located outside your country (for example, in the United States). By using the AI Advisor, you acknowledge that your messages may be transferred internationally for processing.

6. Retention

Local data stays on your device until you delete it. Messages sent to the AI provider are handled in accordance with that provider's policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the GDPR in the EU, the CCPA/CPRA in California or the LFPDPPP in Mexico, among others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. Because we process so little data, much of it stays under your direct control on your own device. To exercise your rights over any data we do process, contact us.

8. Minors

The Product is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will always be posted on this page.
